Guest Relations Manager

We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager who embodies confidence, warmth and effortless sophistication, while playing a key role in growing our loyal guest community and commercial success.
This is much more than a guest relations position.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about people, naturally connected within Dubai's luxury hospitality scene, and understands how memorable experiences translate into lasting relationships and business growth. You'll be a visible presence on the restaurant floor, welcoming guests, anticipating their needs, building meaningful connections and ensuring every visit feels personal and unforgettable.
Beyond delivering exceptional hospitality, you'll actively drive new business through networking, concierge partnerships, corporate relationships and guest engagement, helping to grow revenue while strengthening Flamingo Room's reputation as one of the city's most sought-after dining destinations.
What you'll be doing
Creating memorable guest experiences through a warm, confident and highly visible presence during service.
Building genuine relationships with our regular guests, VIP clientele and international visitors.
Driving new business through hotel concierge partnerships, private concierge relationships, corporate networking and personal connections.
Growing repeat visits, private dining enquiries and group bookings.
Managing guest feedback with empathy, professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring every recovery strengthens guest loyalty.
Using SevenRooms CRM to build detailed guest profiles and deliver thoughtful, personalised experiences.
Working closely with Operations, Reservations and Marketing to continuously elevate the guest journey and commercial performance.
We're looking for someone who
Has 3–5 years' experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, VIP services, reservations or restaurant management.
Is naturally charismatic, polished and passionate about delivering world-class hospitality.
Has strong commercial awareness and enjoys building relationships that generate business.
Is confident engaging with high-profile guests, hotel concierges, corporate clients and luxury lifestyle partners.
Has exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence and impeccable attention to detail.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.
Has experience using SevenRooms or a similar CRM platform (advantageous).
