About the Role
As we prepare to open the doors to Le Parc by tashas in Mouille Point, we are looking for passionate and service-driven Waiters and Waitresses to join our opening team.

Your Mission
You will create memorable dining experiences by delivering thoughtful, attentive and professional service throughout every stage of the guest journey.
Through genuine hospitality, strong product knowledge and attention to detail, you will help bring the Le Parc experience to life every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Guest Experience
Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence and genuine hospitality.
Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations tailored to their preferences.
Accurately take and process food and beverage orders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring every order meets our quality standards.
Check in with guests throughout their dining experience to ensure complete satisfaction.
Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism, empathy and urgency.
Present bills accurately and process payments in line with company procedures.
Build lasting relationships with guests by creating memorable and personalised experiences.
Service Excellence
Maintain a thorough understanding of the food, beverage and wine menus.
Confidently explain menu items, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials.
Recommend wine and beverage pairings where appropriate.
Ensure tables are beautifully presented before, during and after service.
Maintain impeccable attention to detail in table settings, cutlery, glassware and condiments.
Support seamless communication between the kitchen, bar and Front of House teams.
Restaurant Operations
Prepare dining areas before service and ensure all stations remain fully stocked and organised.
Reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, service stations and guest areas.
Assist with hosting duties, including greeting, seating and assisting guests where required.
Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service standards.
Teamwork & Culture
Work collaboratively with colleagues across every department.
Contribute to a positive, respectful and supportive working environment.
Support the onboarding and development of new team members.
Lead by example through professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude.
Embody the values and culture of the Tashas Group in every interaction.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with legal requirements.
Maintain clean, organised and safe working areas throughout every shift.
Follow company policies and operational procedures consistently.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress within a premium restaurant or hospitality environment.
A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong food, beverage and wine knowledge, or a willingness to learn.
Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to remain calm, professional and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and collaborative approach.
Confidence handling guest requests and resolving challenges with professionalism.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
