About the Role
As we prepare to open the doors to our very first tashas café in Greece, we are looking for talented and passionate Chefs de Partie to join our opening culinary team.
At tashas, beautiful food is at the heart of everything we do. We believe in fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation and consistent execution, delivered with care and attention to detail. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in bringing this philosophy to life, ensuring every dish served reflects the quality, flavour and presentation our guests have come to expect.
Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you will take ownership of your section, contribute to a positive kitchen culture and help create memorable dining experiences every day.
Your Mission
You will consistently deliver exceptional food while maintaining the highest standards of quality, organisation and teamwork.
Through your skill, attention to detail and passion for cooking, you will help ensure every service runs smoothly and every dish reflects the care and excellence that define the tashas experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Food Preparation & Production
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and brand standards.
Take ownership of your section and ensure it is organised, fully prepared and ready for service.
Set up and maintain mise en place to support efficient and successful service periods.
Ensure consistency in flavour, presentation, portioning and quality across every dish.
Taste and quality-check food throughout service to maintain exceptional standards.
Execute cooking and preparation techniques accurately and consistently.
Support production planning and preparation schedules to ensure operational readiness.
Kitchen Operations
Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored and used within their shelf life.
Follow opening and closing procedures in line with operational standards.
Maintain equipment correctly and report any maintenance concerns promptly.
Monitor stock levels within your section and communicate requirements proactively.
Support efficient kitchen operations through strong organisation and attention to detail.
Contribute to achieving operational excellence and service quality goals.
Quality & Brand Standards
Uphold the highest standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.
Ensure every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the values and standards of the tashas brand.
Champion our three pillars: beautiful food, stunning environments and engaging service.
Take pride in every detail, from preparation and presentation to cleanliness and organisation.
Teamwork & Development

Ensure food is stored, prepared and served in accordance with food safety requirements.
Report maintenance issues, equipment concerns or safety risks promptly.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step.
A genuine passion for food, quality and hospitality.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation and kitchen operations.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
The ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A positive attitude and collaborative approach to teamwork.
A desire to learn, grow and develop within a professional kitchen environment.
