Area & Franchise Manager
Job Purpose:
The Area & Franchise Manager is responsible for the delivery of all new TG restaurants, in line with budgetary requirements and estimated dates of completion. Accountable for the profit and development of the Stores within one’s own AOR. Actively contribute to the development of business initiatives relevant to brand projects and take specific ownership for the successful opening of new stores.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure brand standards are followed by all franchisees.
- Ensure business/store development is happening as per the agreed plan.
- Support and align franchisees on all new initiatives in Marketing, Product & packaging, Training and store design.
- Create and maintain working relations with stakeholders in franchisee markets.
- Keep up to date with all new equipment developments and actively seek updates for new technology.
- Monitor change and provide feedback on all information regarding the implementation of any of the above.
- Review and provide necessary feedback on new stores’ schematics when needed.
- Ensure all job-related plans and programs are rolled out in the region in a timely manner adhering to budget constraints.
- Manage and ensure effective implementation of all new store opening plans and provide ongoing results on the basis of continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all new store openings are fully supported by various initiatives from different Support Functions, such as Marketing; Maintenance; etc
